Workstream 1: Mobilisation ? Workstream 2: Review of other community transport program rate structures and trends ? Workstream 3: Development of 2023 Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) estimates ? Workstream 4: NSW Government scheme cost analysis for potential rate schedule changes ? Workstream 5: Consultation with operators ? Workstream 6: Reporting. These workstreams are summarised in below: Workstream 1 Mobilisation We propose a Day 1 session with key SINSW personnel upon commencement of the engagement. The purpose of this session will be to understand the background and context from the SINSW perspective, confirm the scope and timeline of the engagement, confirm the preferred format of outputs and deliverables, present an overview of our proposed methodology, agree preferred ways of working (i.e. format/structure of weekly project meetings), agree on the project plan, including key milestones and dependencies, confirm broad methodology and approach for stakeholder engagement. ?
