This extension takes place on 3.2 km approximately by borrowing from the relay park of the a54 on the commune of nîmes, The road of saint-gilles and following the rd 42 until the entry on the commune of caissargues . This axis crossing 3 important structures (a54 motorway bridge and 2 bridges over the vistre and vistre de la fontaine) will constitute a multimodal urban boulevard allowing the sharing of favorable modes for tcsp, Cycles and pedestrians. This operation will include the construction of 4 new bhns stations as well as two new relay parks to allow the drawdown of traffic flows to the tc: At the chemin des canaux (rd 135) with 90 spaces and at the southern end and associated with the terminus of the line, Of 150 places.
