The subject of procurement solution is a warning system for city residents Trinec ensuring sound city, including flood plains through outdoor acoustic unit and continuous measurement of water level increase in the detection of early-warning residents and improve communication center in the administrative district ORP Trinec in passing urgent communications in cases emergency. This objective will be fulfilled establishment of a management and control workplace communicating over wireless local Information System (BMIS) in which they communicate: - Wireless detectors in places floodplains will allow two-way traffic control with feedback on the state of the check workplace. This functionality is particularly important for the implementation of the law on nature IRS 239/2000 and Act No. 240/2000 Coll. on crisis management, - Sensor sensing water level designated watercourse will be connected to the wireless detectors, transmitting warning information into the VIS. In addition to this sensor will be complemented by information from existing auxiliary profiles. It also includes a measurement signal coverage at specified locations with regard to the protection of investments and the possible association of investment funds within the city.
