This consultation concerns the purchase and delivery of articles of wadding and plastic garbage bags for the control group made between the city of Fos-sur-Mer and communal action center for social action of Fos sur-Mer (CCAS). This group, is said to total integration, that is to say, all the transit operations, reporting and contract performance is ensured by the coordinator of the group. City of Fos-sur-Mer was appointed coordinator of the group according to the respective deliberations deliberative assemblies of these public entities. Call open European tender pursuant to Articles 10, 26 I1, 33, 57-59 (open tender) and 77-i (purchase orders) of the Procurement Code, subject to a notice public tendering in the OJEU and BOAMP. Under Community law, this market orders is similar to a framework agreement with a single operator. the market takes effect from the date of notification to the holder for a period of one year (12 months), specifically renewable three times for the same duration, his birthday, but not exceeding 4 years (48 months). Two months before the anniversary date of the market, the Community will inform the owner, acknowledged by registered letter of his decision whether to continue the market.
