Following the conclusion of the total advisory agreement, There has been a need to make the following changes to the agreement: In connection with the preparation of the outline proposal, A need has arisen to increase the project~s construction framework, Which was calculated based on the overall plan of june 2016. The overall plan was incorrectly based on fewer m 2 than the school actually contains. Furthermore, Replacement of all electricity etc. Proved necessary. This has resulted in a budget overrun from 40 to 63 000 000. The project has been suspended and has been politically re-examined. It has been politically decided to raise the construction limit and implement the project. According to billund municipality~s opinion, The changes can legally be carried out without re-offering the total advisory agreement, As these do not have the nature of changes to basic elements, Cf.
