The area, colloquially ~Kildeparken~, is located between Smedegårdsvej and Humlebakken and consists of both rise housing and courtyard houses. The master plan ~Kildeparken 2020~ contains as its name implies measures and initiatives that stretches over a number of years. Therefore, also from Property Organization and the National Building Fund side chosen to whole plan~s implementation must be done in stages. The first phase of the master plan was the implementation of the field of health and Kvarterhuset which came into operation and already has given the Eastern Aalborg a significant boost and a opening for housing relative to its surroundings. Stage 3 is the part of the master plan, which this notice relates, the physical renovation and transformation of existing buildings and the physical structure of the open spaces and accessibility. Realization of the master plan should be selected for the determined schematics carried out department by department for the 3 departments Ravnkildevej (Div. 50) Blåkildevej (dept. 51) and Fyrkildevej (dept. 52). In addition, there shall be one number of horizontal and coordinating tasks. Himmerland Housing Association decided in 2012 that the performance of planning and management tasks and technical advice for each stage should be linked: - A cross-cutting technical advisor with overodnet and coordinating responsibility for traffic planning, road building, supply systems, Rainwater harvesting and landscape. COWI is selected as the adviser is and associated with the task. - A lead consultant responsible for all design services including landscape services in relation to realization urban development project on Ravnkildevej, Unit 52, Fyrkildevej (This offer), Title 51 (Competition was held in 2013, KPF Architects A / S is selected as the consultant), and Ravnkildevej, dept. 50 (The competition was held in 2014. Kærsgåård and Andersen is selected as the consultant). The vision of the master plan is to develop a green and diverse district. Ravnkildevej, dept. 52 consists of 420 multi-family buildings with a living space of about samelt 37 500 m². the homes have sizes from 1 to 4 room flats. In addition, the department has several garages. The buildings are very worn, and a structural analysis has shown that there are also serious technical building damage and failure, why be implemented necessary maintenance and improvement works in housing. The homes are outdated and open spaces in need of restoration. The fund operation suffers from high costs for heating.
