The acquisition includes the provision, Installation, Commissioning and training of operator personnel for: - general inspectorate of the romanian police - ministry of internal affairs, Romania, - ministry of the interior of the republic of bulgaria. The equipment included in this procedure is specific to cbrne special rapid intervention forces and is intended for the detection and identification of chemical, Biological, Radioactive / nuclear substances and the neutralization of explosive devices with the cbrn component, As well as for judicial sampling and transport under conditions safety. In terms of reporting, Communication and intervention management, The products covered by the procurement procedure constitute a unitary system that ensures the operation of the intervention units in romania and bulgaria as a single operational force, According to ec-jai decision 617/2007.
