(s): Modernization of mercedes euro 3 buses with air conditioning in the passenger compartment the object of the contract is to provide products and services for the modernization of mercedes benz euro 3 buses with air conditioning in the passenger compartment (including the supply of the necessary parts). The supplier must make a firm commitment that the buses that are subject to the contract will operate on the buses under the climatic conditions of bucharest and will achieve the microclimate conditions in the passengers~ salon as provided in the tender book. The supplier has to make a firm commitment to guarantee the bus body to the possibility of cracks, Corrosion, Damage, In the assembly area of the air-conditioning system on the bus and serious damage that may occur to the bus equipments and aggregates throughout the lifetime of the bus. The supplier must make a firm commitment to carry out rar type re-design of the buses on which he will install the air-conditioning systems on his costs and liability under the conditions provided by the romanian legislation in the field.
