Design-build contract related to the rehabilitation / restructuring of 100 housing units at Le Mans Successful candidates will conduct their reflection from the following program: 1- restructuring of the building envelope (walls and terraces) with the treatment of thermal and sound insulation. 2- creation of lift shafts and stairwells. 3- integration of existing corridors in the living area. 4- reclassification of some units. 5- creation balconies river side. 6- full opening of the ground floor for transparency on the river. 7- restructuring of public areas in cellars. 8- integration of sorting logic apply to the requirements of the city of Le Mans. 9- interior renovation of housing. 10- heating will be collective type of hot water from the existing boiler on site (Program 17) with individual regulation and metering. 11- creation of minimum 5 PMR housing: 40% and 60% of T2 and T3. 12- creation of a local CRL, for the friendly tenants. 13- creation of a new office to the corresponding site in conofrmité with accessibility standard. 14- typology: - Minimum 20 T2, - Minimum 60 T3, - Minimum 15 T4, - And between 0 (minimum) and 5 minimum T5. the operation will be certified CERQUAL Heritage Habitat: PH Re -Profile Energetic- renovation. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 4 of Decree no2005-1742, performance of the contract includes a mandatory clause of integration through economic activity.
