| Overview | Contract Award's Details : Nsw Health / C2319 P4-2-1 - Microsoft Mobile Communications Support Services - C2319 P4-2-1 HEALTHSHARE NSW Conservation Segmentation Refresh Undertake Qualitative and Quantitative Research Among Customers of Yvw, Sew and Gww to Identify Behaviours, Attitudes, and Beliefs Towards Water Conservation. this Insight will be Used to Inform Targeted Behaviour Change Strategies and Interventions To: • Increase Awareness of Water Use (I.E. being Mindful of Water Use) • Reduce Actual Water Use Within their Home • Utilise/Install Efficient Water Appliances • Build Understanding of why It’S Important to Preserve Water (Preciousness/Finite Resource) • Improve Customer Water Literacy and Understanding of how our Water System Works so that in the Long-Term they are more Accepting of Augmented Water (E.G. Desalination, Recycled Water) having Developed this Understanding, Refine the Existing Segmentation Model and Develop an Algorithm which can be Extrapolated Across the Customer Databases. the Successful Agency will be Expected to Leverage the 2018/2019 Research and Use this as a Base. some Tracking will be Required so as to Understand how the Segments have Changed in the Last 3 -4 Years. However, there is Scope (And Expectation) that the Work will be Extended to Cover New Objectives. Upon Commissioning we will Work with the Successful Agency to Balance Tracking Requirements Vs. Collecting New Insights.
