The implementation of measures to prevent any mixing of the flux with foreign bodies during loading, unloading and storage protection against bad weather (tarpaulin, covers, etc.) of the containers, whether transport is by road , railway or waterway the constitution and management of a buffer stock with a minimum capacity of 2,000 t, for each of the lots. This minimum stock level should be maintained to the extent possible, from 1 st November to 1 st March each year of the contract. The supplies will comply with standard NF EN 16 811-1 of November 2016.
