When dealing with closures CSAD Jindrichuv Hradec as, he disagreed with total closures, mainly because of the frequency of connections in response to the joint Czech Railways. J. Hradec Municipal Authority - Department of Transport and Road Management allow only partial road closure. For the above reason created extra work, because laying asphalt pavement must be done by halves, and the necessity arising cuts and embedding center gap.
