In 2020, the system was migrated to SharePoint 2019 without further adjustments. The intranet consists of a start page, thematic subpages and unit sites including sub -pages for individual presentations. Furthermore, a full -text search for all content on the intranet and a person search for a Microsoft ad is offered with profile pages for all employees and an organizational view. In addition, BMUV also uses team rooms for collaboration and exchange purposes on a Sharepoint basis. The Intranet BMUV no longer meets the requirements for a modern communication and knowledge platform. It is u. not or can only be used to a limited extent on mobile devices.
