This should be accomplished to be software and hardware of the contractor to which employees of Leiden University itself can login, if desired reports can extract and stock movements, testing dates and registration can see (which concentrates per institution, per SAP number by ordering) ; - Taking care of the fine distribution and connecting / disconnecting the gas cylinders for the University of Leiden to the end user (depending on connection protocol); - The number of the University of Leiden unburdening as fully as possible with regard to the management aspects with which the supply, distribution, registration, inventory, security, and storage of gas cylinders have to do; - Providing cryoservice, including rent dewartanks and supply liquid nitrogen; - Renting bulk tanks; - The supply of liquid nitrogen for the bultkanks; - Understanding the decline, status and level level of bulk tanks through the software system of the contractor which Leiden University has access to.
