Specialized consulting services under this contract will help DP NRIC in its efforts for the realization of the investment project Construction of intermodal terminal in North Central Planning Region in Bulgaria - Ruse, planned for construction in the next period of the Operational Programme Transport - 2014 -2020 work on the implementation of the contract consists in the realization of the preparatory activities within the scope of the technical requirements necessary to start the construction of investment projects financed by EU funds. These are: Development of a feasibility study on the prospects for development of IMT Ruse; Preparation of justification and recommendation for the selection of technical and most cost-effective option, conceptual design, financial and economic CBA (cost-benefit) to build IMT Ruse; Development and coordination of detailed development plan - plan for regulation and construction and plot plan of the terrain; Developing a strategy for the construction and operation of an intermodal terminal in Ruse, including exploring opportunities for joint funding and management with other state enterprises and / or public - private partnership in the real sector; Developing a strategy for staging realization of the project for construction of IMT Ruse and preparation of Terms of Reference and draft contracts for all building activities IMT Ruse and others. In carrying out all activities under the contract the Contractor must be guided by the principles of marketability and sustainability of the investment plan. All elements of the investment process, including the work of the Consultant under the terms of reference should allow normal passage to the next stage of the process to its full realization.
