The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of medical devices used to treat patients of the neurosurgical department and trauma and orthopedic surgery of the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Legnica described in detail in Annex 2a to SWZ, which is its integral part. In the attachment in question, the Employer also indicated other information and requirements, including in terms of lending an instrumentation for the proper use of delivered medical devices, deposit, etc. 2.
