The technical and operational studies (ETO) are used to optimize for the future or the evolution of existing systems systems, operational characteristics, technical specifications and associated costs. The study aims to analyze the various potential uses bacteriophages by the health service of armies and armies in the areas of detection, biological identification, decontamination, prevention, therapeutics and diagnostics . It should determine the technical work, and regulatory changes needed to enable use of bacteriophages. The challenge is to build a virothèque based on a bactériothèque of antibiotic-resistant bacteria, and thus expand the Souchier Defence. Indeed, armed instruction hospitals have the opportunity to collect resistant strains from overseas operations, and have a Souchier result in resistant organisms. The scope of the study covers bacterial infections natural, accidental or provoked, such as attacks using biological agents of threat, incident in a medical laboratory, public or private research, and natural disasters (epidemic ..). The contract project is subject to the negotiated procedure with prior publicity and competitive tendering in accordance with Articles 201-s 1, 34, 243 and 244 of the Public Procurement Code.
