CFP has launched for this purpose the European tender MOBNEXT. With this tender CFP aims to reach one master contract with one party. The framework contract will be concluded with the tenderer who has submitted the most economically advantageous tender. The intention is to allow the framework contract on 12.10.2014 effect. Mobilophony within CFP: Mobile telephony is a closed (except for CFP) radio communication network is widely deployed within CFP for vehicle-to-shore communication (between vehicle and vessel managers on the one hand and control posts of the traffic on the other) and for communication (via radios) between employees with control / information / security tasks and technical (run) employees. Each CFP exploitatievoer- and vessel intended for the carriage of passengers, is equipped with an on-board mobile telephone (600). Some other vehicles (such as those for support tasks) also have a mobile phone. Furthermore, there are approximately 350 radios in use, which make use of the mobile phone network. The system is also active in (subway) tunnels. Supplies or services: To deliver the new mobile radio system, or parts thereof, can be used as service as CFP property or as a mixture of both are offered. CFP does not give preference to one of these scenarios. It is up to candidate / tenderer to make a judgment on this, with CFP meegeeft that award, alongside weighted qualitative compliance, will be based on best Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) over the initial contract period of 10 years. Spouse: CFP is looking for a partner with its own vision from a service and proactive collaboration with CFP and CFP will enter relieves, responding to market trends and identifies areas for improvement and there is increasing constantly initiatives. The vendor should be able to provide all the desired equipment and services.
