The subject of the tender is drafting the most appropriate way of dealing with sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plants (hereinafter referred to as sludge from WWTP) as waste in the Czech Republic (hereinafter CR), in accordance with the requirements of the European Union (hereinafter EU ) and the Czech Republic and also with regard to the composition of sewage sludge in terms of both waste and fertilizer potential and in terms of health (hereinafter referred to as the Project ). The project will also analyze and produce various forms of waste sludge from wastewater treatment plants, including at least a 5-year forecasts dealing with graphical evaluation of trends and ongoing monitoring of legislation in the EU (soil application, uses sludge etc.).
