This is a services contract and the services of a commercial provider are being sought. For the purposes of this tender, civil society organisations should be understood to include NGOs, community-based organisations, trade unions, professional associations, social movements and networks, media, academia as well as city and county councils and regional assemblies. It is expected that tenderers will be familiar with sources of existing EU funding and will also acquaint themselves fully with new funding opportunities as these arise. Tenderers will be expected to be able to provide comprehensive advice on EU funding opportunities to the Irish civil society sector as required under the terms of this RFT.
