The postal services consist in the collection, processing, transport and delivery to recipients of envelopes and parcels carried out through the registration compartments of the contracting authority. The services offered must be in accordance with the national and European Union legislation, and, as the case may be, the protection of data, the environment and the norms of planning of the territory. Data protection includes the protection of personal data, the confidentiality of the information transmitted or stored and the protection of the right to private life, in compliance with the legal provisions in force ...
