In accordance with § 100 of the act, The contracting authority reserves the possibility to change the contractual obligation (option right) to the extent not exceeding 30% of the estimated value of the original public contract. This change of commitment will consist in the possibility of using cloud computing services according to the current state of ict and the needs of the client (the client assumes that during the term of the contract there will be a significant increase in capacities of individual cloud computing services with the law.
