Drugim rijecima, isporucena oprema mora biti uvijek istih ili boljih tehnickih znacajki od ugovorenih. Prethodno se posebno odnosi na ugovorenu opremu koja se u trenutku narucivanja više ne proizvodi ili nije dobavljiva iz nekih drugih razloga.
