Ilie Macelaru Nr. 28A, Jude?ul Cluj Cluj-Napoca Computer System For Network Access Management (simar) (romania-cluj-napoca: Software Configuration Services) Contract award notice: Computer system for network access management (simar) (romania-cluj-napoca: Software configuration services) The purpose of the acquisition is the implementation of a network access management system (SIMAR) having the following components: - the application for access to the network or the SAP module with BPM functionalities, hereinafter referred to as ACR; - the document management system containing the electronic archive for documents related to the network access process; - the internet portal for submitting online connection / placement requests. Note: the number of days up to which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting tenders / applications: 20. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional information on the 12th day before the deadline set for submitting the offers cf OUG 107/2017.
