| Overview | Contract Award's Details : Design and sorting plant and composting plant Remetea of ??the project Integrated Waste Management System in Harghita county Judetul Harghita Piata Libertatii nr. 5 Contact point(s): Compartiment de achizitii publice 530140 Miercurea-Ciuc ROMANIA Telephone: +40 266207720 E-mail: achizitiipublice@judetulharghita.ro Fax: +40 266207725 Internet address Design and sorting plant and composting plant Remetea of ??the project Integrated Waste Management System in Harghita county Contract award: Design and sorting plant and composting plant Remetea of the project Integrated Waste Management System in Harghita county Design and sorting plant and composting plant Remetea or technical project and detailed design and construction-related, in the town Remetea, Harghita county, the following investments: a) Design activities refer to the detailed technical design for investments: 1. sorting plant with a capacity of 15,200 tons / year with warehouse and bale handling platform; 2. composting plant with a capacity of 23,600 tons / year, the pretreatment of waste handling and composting intensive platform, platform maturation, storage hall compost and equipment; 3. Temporary storage compartment for hazardous waste; 4. carwash and container. The project will include among others all the necessary documents (as would be memories, drawings, calculations, etc.) for technical drafting national legislation in accordance with any documentation required for obtaining building permits. b) Develop documentation required to obtain permits and approvals necessary for the execution; c) Construction works; d) Supply and installation of machinery and technological equipment; e) Testing and commissioning; f) monitoring station operation (SCADA) and assistance / consulting staff responsible during the Defects Notification when necessary; g) address any defects arising during the Defects Notification 24 months; h) Support / Training of the staff beneficiary and / or operator. Details of these investments are presented in Volume 2.3 Specification sorting plant, composting plant Remetea. The estimated value of the contract - Design and sorting plant and composting plant invested Remetea include expenses for basic site development costs, design costs and sundries and contingencies, as follows: 33 739 441.39 RON VAT = 30 759 063.36 RON (basic investment and planning) + 519 652.96 RON (site organization) + 2 460 725.07 RON (Contingency, equivalent to 8% of the basic investment and planning). Equivalent Course 6755 SDR SDR 589.65 dated 06.12.2014, 1 SDR = 4.9943 USD. Estimated value excluding VAT, diverse and unexpected: 33 739 441.39 RON. Estimated value excluding VAT without Contingency: 31 278 716.32 RON. Please note that the 8% for different and unexpected, does not apply to site organization.
