The public contract is divided in accordance with § 98 of the Act into 2 parts, with the applicant may submit its bid on any of the 2 parts procurement, may submit its bid on all parts. Individual parts procurement are specified in Annex no. 3 of the tender documentation. The table in Annex no. 3 of the tender documentation serves to supplement the bid prices of individual parts, which will be independently evaluated.
