These include the following services: a) the provision of mobile voice services, b) the provision of mobile data services, c) ensuring the inclusion of branches PBX sponsor to PPS d) provision of roaming services within the EU and beyond to ensure mobile phones and international calls, e) the maximum availability and reliability of service, guaranteed service availability, f) ensuring the free transfer of current phone numbers and other phone number range, g) ensuring customer support. Subject of public procurement is defined in detail the binding pattern of the framework agreement and its annexes, which contain additional requirements and technical specifications related to the subject of performance of this contract. The winning bidder will be a framework contract for four years.
