Contract award: Development and implementation of an integrated management system for quality management Consular Relations MFA. This contract is awarded in the framework of the project Improving the efficiency and reliability of services provided by electronic MFA consular services through the introduction of systems for quality management, reg. 13-31-34 / 23.04.2014, the Priority Axis III Quality administrative services and e-governance, Sub-priority 3.1 Improving service delivery to citizens and businesses, including through e-governance development budget line BG051PO002 / 13 / 3.1-08, financed under Operational Programme Administrative Capacity . The scope of the contract includes the following project activities: Activity 3: Analysis of legislation and practice in the Consular Relations quality management processes and IT activities related to the administrative service of citizens and business and the provision of electronic services. In the activity is expected to be made applicable to the analysis of Consular Relations MFA regulations in the field of administrative services, compared to the current state of all the activities and practice of Consular Relations the Foreign Ministry and drawing recommendations improving quality. If necessary, within the activities should be developed and new projects of internal documents such. internal rules and others. Activity 4: Development and implementation of an integrated system of quality management according to international standards ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 20000-1: 2011 in Consular Relations MFA. In the activity is planned to be carried out a review of the current situation in the Consular Relations the Foreign Ministry, preparation for implementation of an integrated system of quality management standard ISO 9001: 2008 standard ISO 20000-1: 2011 implementation of integrated quality management in those standards, implementation of application software quality management and improve accountability for service standards and implemented by automating and accelerating the processes, control of the integrated system of quality management - conducting internal audits to cover standards, removal of any discrepancies, assess the readiness to conduct certification audits and implemented integrated service management systems. Activity 6: Conducting ongoing training according to the requirements of the systems for quality management in the Directorate Consular Relations . Within the framework of the activity is to be carried out training of 60 (sixty) employee of MNvR (2 groups of 30 participants) and training of three internal auditors to introduce new management systems under ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 20000-1: 2011.
