During that half-year will be a big part of all ministerial and official meetings in Brussels (and Luxembourg), chaired by the Netherlands. At the same time in a central location in the Netherlands, 13 informal ministerial meetings and 120 official meetings take place, with a total of 25 000 incoming delegates (ministers, directors-general, directors and policy advisors). Hundreds of foreign journalists will attend the ministerial meetings. The 13th ministerial meetings will take place at the Maritime Museum. The approximately 120 official meetings take place in the following buildings on the backside Marine Etablissement Amsterdam (MEA): - Building A (yet to post building mobile) * - Building B (to put mobile building) * - Building C (to put mobile building) * - Event building (existing building). * The MEA is closed for the EU in 2016 to the public. The aforementioned buildings should be arranged on behalf of the EU in 2016. The contracting authority for the development of the concept taken the design of the device Studio Edward van Vliet in the arm. This European contract involves the design of buildings in accordance with the aforementioned design Studio Edward van Vliet and coordination.
