The Technology Digitizes project is an ERDF co-financed project implemented by the Savo Association of Education Municipalities, the main funder of which is the North Savo Association. The purpose of the project is to develop equipment in the field of technology and to support digitization together with companies in the province. The renewable equipment base can be used to better meet the needs of business development activities and the development of teaching in educational institutions. Machines and systems incorporating the latest technology come to laser, welding, CNC, robot, workshop measurement, painting and automation technology, simulation and virtual worlds, and digital learning environments. The ERDF project's equipment purchases aim, as far as possible, for equipment to be moved, so that competence services are more equitable for companies and people developing their know-how.
