| Overview | Contract Award's Details : Barrier and Firm Analysis Energy OSLO MUNICIPALITY V/ CLIMATE AGENCY Barrier and Firm Analysis Energy The supplier will prepare a barrier and policy analysis based on Oslo's objectives when it comes to energy. It will be based on the three measures more local energy production, increased energy plexibility and increased energy efficiency. The policy analysis will contribute to the municipality having a strategic and coordinated approach to the focus areas, by systematically assessing various instruments and clarifying their contributions to the overall goals. Based on the delivery, the Climate Agency should be able to submit proposals for political decisions of targeted and accurate instruments, as well as place responsibility for follow -up in the municipality. The policy analysis should be a basis for the climate's budget delivery to the 2025 budget. Therefore, it is important that the assignment is delivered by 1 February 2024.
