The value of the contract for the initial term of 24 months is £2,150,000 (excl VAT) and for the extension is £2,080,000 (excl VAT). Contingency has been built into the figures and the total contract value will be funded through a mix of Sport England investment as well as third party income, predominately from Local Authorities and/or Leisure Service providers.
