| Overview | Contract Award's Details : Procurement Of Battery Non-rechargeable Department Of Defence Casg 2173 Principal Contractor For The Townsville University Hospital Fire Detection Upgrade Project Contract awarded for The Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS) wishes to invite tenders from a suitably qualified and experienced principal contractor to upgrade the fire detection and warning systems throughout the Townsville University Hospital. A licensed Fire detection specialist or building contractor may tender as the Principal Contractor for this project. Evidence of appropriate QBCC licencing arrangement will be required as part of the tender submission. NOTE: It is mandatory that the Specialist Fire Technician / Programmer holds manufacturers accredited training and minimum of 5 years experience on similar installations/systems. A mandatory site visit at the Townsville Univeristy Hospital has been allocated for Monday 10th August 2020 commencing at 2:00pm QLD time. Interested Tenderers must register to attend. Futher information provided on page 11 within the Invitation to Tender document. Tenderers are strongly advised to familiarise themselves with the tender submission preparation instructions provided on pages 10-13 within the Invitation to Tender document. Submissions that do not meet the Mandatory Criteria or not packaged as requested, may be treated as non-conforming. TENDER CLOSES: Friday 4th September 2020 at 3:00pm (QLD time) For probity reasons, all communication with THHS employees or external consultants engaged for this project is strictly prohibited during this tender period.
