The division of the subject of the contract into parts and a description of the required minimum characteristics of the individual items of the subject matter of the contract is due to the considerable text scope, 2 of the tender documents. The proposed drug must be in the medicines~~ medicines registration database, Which is run by the state drug control institute. Medicines offered within one part of the subject of the contract must be from the same manufacturer. The following services must be part of the subject of the contract: - transport of the subject of the contract to the place of performance referred to in point a-6.1 of the tender documents.
