The framework agreements are non-exclusive. Amgros i / s resells the drugs to the hospital pharmacies for amgros i / s ~purchase price with a supplement. Framework agreements are concluded without purchase obligation, And the hospital pharmacies are not obliged to use amgros~ framework agreements.
