It will be fully executed by issuing purchase orders. The services covered by this framework agreement meet the needs of the following contracting authorities: - current needs of the greater reims urban community, - possible needs of the members of the central purchasing office. This framework agreement is established for a period of 4 years from the date of notification. Without prejudice to the provisions of articles 29 and following ccag-fcs, It is cancellable on each anniversary date by decision of the contracting state notified to the holder by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt 2 months before the expiry of the current period. This denunciation does not entitle the holder to any compensation. Orders issued before the effective date of termination of the master agreement remain executable.
