The technical assistance (cat) of the technical and economic documentation necessary for the continuation of the local strategy for the development of the water and wastewater sector in the period 2014-2020, In order to achieve the target assumed by romania through the eu accession treaty, Including the provision of the necessary specialized supervision during the process of approving the financing application and implementing the investment project under the financing agreement. Further development of the water and wastewater sector will be done through new investments to meet the requirements of the eu~s environmental acquis and meet the identified needs for additional investment to this requirement. The technical and economic documentation to be developed by the cat will be developed for the investment priorities that will aim at increasing the level of urban waste water collection and treatment and increasing the degree of assurance of the drinking water supply of the population. The specific object of the contract is to carry out the following activities: - activity 1: Implementation of the investment application (including standard forms) and supporting documents: Feasibility study according to gd 28/2008 with subsequent modifications and completions (including the verification and introduction into the feasibility study of the information contained in existing feasibility study for acquisition for the works to be carried out during the 2014-2020 program and which will be part of the cat financing preparation application as well as the sf update with possible modifications or new works that can qualify for the eligibility conditions for financing from poi 2014-2020, Gen., Field studies, Other studies and specialized expertise requested / required at the feasibility study, Cost-benefit analysis, Documents related to the environmental impact assessment procedure (including the necessary documents to obtain, As appropriate, Natura 2000 permits or the natura declaration ra 2000), Institutul analiza, Technical documentation for obtaining the urbanism certificate, Approvals, Agreements, Permits and authorizations required at the feasibility study phase, Drawing up the requirements of the issuers, Etc.
