The number of days up to which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders / applications is 18 days. 2. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional information, which were addressed within the deadline stipulated in the participation notice, on the 10th day before the deadline for submitting tenders / applications. Note: The contracting authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarifications / additional information that have not been addressed within the time limit set in point 1, mentioned above. The reagents and consumables that are the subject of the procedure will be purchased for the use of analyzers made available to the contracting authority by the successful bidder. The value of the service, the spare parts, the update and the upgrades of the analyzers made available to the contracting authority was included in the estimated value of the contract. The service, spare parts, updates and upgrades to the analyzers will be provided by the winning bidder throughout the validity period of the framework agreement, the cost of which is included in the contract price.
