The procurement is divided into two sub-areas as below. Tenderers can choose to submit tenders in one of the areas or in both. Each sub-area will be qualified, evaluated and assigned separately. The two areas include the following: Area A - Coffee machines with accessories: Rental of coffee machines with associated service agreement for 24 or 36 months. Delivery of all relevant associated consumables. Area B - Water dispensers with accessories: Rental of water dispensers with associated service agreement for 24 or 36 months. Delivery of all relevant associated consumables. Please note that there may be existing leasing agreements for the business that affect the area of ??the framework agreement.
