The subject of the public contract is the supply, installation, operator training qualified personnel and providing warranty and guaranteed customer service flow cytometer (hereinafter referred to as device) according to the following specifications. It is an apparatus for research of cellular processes, particularly for the analysis of changes in cell viability (viability), proliferation and cell cycle, which may be caused by nanomaterials. The plant must have a minimum of three lasers with excitation in the blue and purple areas, appropriate filters and detectors. The device must allow variable intake cell suspension (tubes, micro test tubes, microplates). The delivery must include software for data collection and analysis, including compensation library. Required is a comprehensive supply of equipment, including all peripheral equipment. Equipment must meet all the requirements based on technical and safety standards applicable in the Czech Republic for this type. The delivery also submit a complete dossier to the device and declaration of conformity. Sponsor requires new goods, not overhauled.
