Inverted fluorescent exploratory phase contrast microscope - used for observation of microscopic samples, to show fluorescence and fluorescence processes. It includes a group of lenses and the design of the body itself, which allow the observation by the user and the display output for the camera of animal cells and tissue. Inverted fluorescence microscope with a research DIC - operates during transmitted light, polarized light with a Nomarski differential interference contrast (DIC) or fluorescence. UV laser confocal microscope 405 nm - are used for confocal excitation in the UV region. It is connected by means of mechanical and optical fiber port. DAPI is used for imaging. Scanning electron microscope - it is a device with high and low vacuum operation, which is suitable for 3D analysis and comparison of biological samples. This device allows observation of nonconductive samples in low vacuum mode.
