The modernization of the Serrain Ethical Standards System (created and installed TESS module) will be able to systematically, in an automated way, evaluate the activities of the public authorities through the provisions of the Law and Lobbying Act, to provide methodological assistance to the responsible persons, coordination, advice and select the need for prevention measures.
