This is a limit public contract is divided into 4 parts, the subject of which is the supply of new - year of 2015 and younger - (unused, nerepasovaných, etc.), Medical devices, and 1 piece Dual laser for the entire interdisciplinary use in operating theaters incl. ureterorenoskopie for flexible laser (hereinafter Dual Laser), 4 pieces of anesthesia equipment for pediatric and adult patients (hereinafter Dart machine), 1 piece ultrasound device for examination of abdominal ultrasonography and echocardiography incl. transesophageal probe (hereinafter ultrasonic device) and 1 mobile X-ray C-arm for operating theaters (the X-ray machine), including all parts and accessories for the needs of the client, which will satisfy the authority required parameters and functionality, according to the tender documentation. The subject of this contract is also providing free service for the duration of the warranty period, to the extent and under the conditions specified by the manufacturer and prescribed by Act no. 268/2014 Coll., On medical devices, as amended, and related legislation.
