The Greater Sydney Commission website was built in 2016 on a custom Drupal 7instance. The website infrastructure is supported by Amazon Web Services scalablecloud technology, and MySQL databases. Since then, numerous business campaignshave required custom builds to the front end interface and back end functionality,resulting in an inconsistent and very complex website.? In April 2022, the Greater Sydney Commission became the Greater Cities Commission,underpinned by the Greater Cities Commission Act. As a new organisation with a largevolume of digital content to be delivered in the coming years, a website review andredevelopment is required (phase 1).? A key function of the new website will be to adequately support large volumes ofstrategic planning information, and in late 2023 the hosting of a draft strategic plansmicrosite (phase 2).Objectives?
