The framework agreement covers two areas: Subdivision A: Fixed and mobile operator services, Subdivision B: SMS services - Automatically generated messages. City of Gothenburg is one of Sweden~s largest employer with 49,000 employees. The city strives more and more towards a mobile working in accordance with the target image for telephony in the city. This allows a number of city employees will use fixed and mobile operator services. In addition to this use generates a portion of the City~s operations sms alerts. In a year generated about 20 million calls during the approximately 47 million minutes from the City of Gothenburg~s gear. The operator~s mobile networks generated approximately 24 million calls during approximately 73 million minutes. In addition to this sent nearly seven million SMS messages, approximately 200,000 MMS and data traffic amounts to about 72 000 GB. The city is expected to send about 1.6 million automatically generated SMS messages via SMS service. The framework agreement is a contract without volume commitments. Activities relating to blanket the area can be conducted in-house. In such cases, the framework agreement is to be considered as a complement to its own operations.
