Arad Food Supply In Accordance With Annex 1, Specifications And Technical Data Sheets Attached (romania-arad: Miscellaneous Food Products) Contract award notice: Food supply in accordance with annex 1, Specifications and technical data sheets attached (romania-arad: Miscellaneous food products) The contracting authority Arad Penitentiary will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional information by the 10th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The Arad penitentiary will conclude the framework agreement for the provision of FOOD for a period of 24 months, with a maximum of 5 economic operators, and the subsequent contracts will be concluded and also carried out by the Arad Penitentiary. Subsequent contracts will be concluded with the economic operators who sign the framework agreement who have the lowest price for the food products (the lots) won at the framework agreement according to needs. Information related to the resumption of the competition: The first subsequent contract and the following subsequent ones concluded during the validity period of the offer will be signed without the resumption of the competition, considering the art. 118, para. 1 bed c) from Lg 98/2016 with the winning bidder among the 5 signatories of the framework agreement that offered the lowest total price for the entire maximum quantity of the respective lot. The subsequent subsequent contracts will be awarded by resuming the competition. - The elements that are the object of the resumption of the competition - THE PRICE - The award criterion for establishing the economic operator to whom the subsequent contract will be awarded: the lowest price. In the cases provided in art. 118 paragraph (1) lit. b), the beneficiary contracting authority resumes the competition on the same terms and conditions applied for the award of the framework agreement, detailed where necessary and supplemented if necessary with other terms and conditions provided in the award documentation elaborated in the procedure for awarding the agreement- framework, and in compliance with the following procedural rules: a) for each subsequent contract to be awarded, the contracting authority shall consult in writing the economic operators that have signed the respective framework agreement which are capable of executing the contract; b) the beneficiary contracting authority establishes a sufficient period for the submission of tenders for the award of the contract, taking into account specific elements such as the complexity of the object of the contract and the time required to submit the tenders; c) tenders shall be submitted in writing and shall not be opened until the expiry of the period established by the beneficiary contracting authority. d) The economic operators have the right that in the re-offer process to modify the element that is the object of the resumption of the competition (PRICE) only in the sense of its improvement and without affecting the other elements / conditions est Romania Contract value : See in details Contractors : DOIMAN COM SRL See in details 10/04/2020 09/07/2020 76114375 10/04/2020 Str. 6 Vnatori F.N.
