| Overview | Contract Award's Details : Elaboration Of The Feasibility Study For: The Modernization Of The Level Crossings With The Railway - The Feasibility Study Phase Of Srcf Bucharest (romania-bucharest: Feasibility Study) Elaboration Of The Feasibility Study For: The Modernization Of The Level Crossings With The Railway - The Feasibility Study Phase Of Srcf Bucharest (romania-bucharest: Feasibility Study) Contract award notice: Elaboration of the feasibility study for: The modernization of the level crossings with the railway - the feasibility study phase of srcf bucharest (romania-bucharest: Feasibility study) The elaboration of the feasibility study will be carried out in accordance with the legal and regulatory framework in force, in order to present the best alternative regarding the modernization of the level crossings. The project Modernization of the level crossings with the railway represents one of the measures to improve the traffic safety and security of the transports for all means of transport, through specific actions such as the modernization of the level crossings. For the elaboration of the feasibility study, the contractor will respect the normative acts and regulations specific to the railway infrastructure, constructions, applicable in force, in order to present a mature project, which corresponds to the most efficient solution from a technical-economic point of view, for to approve the assurance of the source of financing for the implementation of the investment objective, in compliance with the standards imposed for the European corridors and the TEN-T corridors and ensuring the technical specifications of interoperability on the Romanian territory. During the term of the contract, the contractor will respect the provisions of the contract, the specifications, the national and European legal regulations applicable in the matter, as well as the international agreements AGTC and AGC, in order to elaborate a complete documentation of the feasibility study. The requirements of the contracting entity are detailed in the specification attached to the documentation. Any interested economic operator has the right to request further clarification or information regarding the award documentation 20 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for further clarifications / information regarding the award documentation on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will not respond to requests for clarifications submitted after the deadline set.
