The house of culture was put into operation in the 1960s. The building is a two-storey building with a rectangular ground plan without basement. The house of culture is covered with a flat roof with linear gutters. Both the perimeter and roof cladding of the building are in their original condition without additional insulation. On the building there are plastic windows with insulating double glazing, Which will be replaced by new plastic windows with insulating triple glazing. The building has wheelchair access.
