(bulgaria-pernik: Water-main refurbishment construction work) The execution of the order includes: a) Performing the necessary research work and preparing a project in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority, as specified in the technical specification and the requirements of the currently valid regulatory documents. (b) Make all arrangements with the operating companies and administrations whose permission, assistance or opinion is necessary for the performance of the subject matter of the contract. c) Fulfillment of his obligations as a designer during the construction and commissioning of the construction in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation in force (Ordinance No. 3 of 31.07.2003 of the MRDPW on the Spatial Planning Act for drawing up acts and protocols during the construction and Ordinance No. 2 of July 31, 2003, of the MRDPW, including the exercise of copyright supervision under the procedure of Article 162, Paragraph 2 of the Spatial Planning Act during the construction of the site.
