Time is of the essence as the above deliveries impact of the remaining major works which will be tendered separately. It is anticipated that the Council will award this Contract to a single Supplier. It should also be noted that although the majority of our requirements are for the supply of, this contract may also include some installation works, which will be detailed in the tender. Evaluation weightings are 60 % price and 40 % quality. The lowest price shall be awarded the maximum points with the remaining tenders being allocated points on a pro rata basis. A mandatory standstill period shall apply to this tender process. All communication must be directed through the PCS Tender portal message board during the tender process. West Lothian Council is committed to maximising Community Benefits from its procurement activities. Under this procurement, the Contractor and its supply chain will be required to support the Authority~s social objectives relating to participation in skills development, training and employment initiatives and other added value contributions. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social, economic and environmental considerations.
